Ordering and your account

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can complete checkout as a guest. Creating an account is useful if you order regularly, because it stores your delivery address and keeps your order history in one place, which makes reordering a favourite flavour or strain much faster. You can register at any point from the My Account link in the header.

How many products do you carry?

The catalogue currently holds 687 products across 29 categories. That spans flower, vapes, edibles, tinctures, concentrates and accessories. The full range is browsable from the shop page, and every category has its own page if you already know what you are looking for.

Can I change or cancel an order after checkout?

Contact the team as quickly as you can through the contact form with your order number. Once a parcel has been packed and handed over it cannot be recalled, so speed matters. If the order has not yet been dispatched, changes to the delivery address or the items in the basket are usually straightforward.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order value. You are welcome to order a single item to try a flavour or strain before committing to a larger purchase, which is what most first time customers do.

Do you restock sold out items?

Popular flavours and strains move quickly and are restocked as new stock arrives. If a product page shows an item as unavailable, it is worth checking the parent category for the closest equivalent, since many devices share a flavour range across model numbers.

Delivery across Australia

Where do you deliver?

Orders are sent Australia wide. That includes metropolitan addresses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, Darwin and Canberra, as well as regional and rural addresses.

How long does delivery take?

Transit time depends on where you are and which service is used on the day. Metropolitan addresses are generally quicker than regional ones. Rather than quote a figure that may not hold for your postcode, the dispatch confirmation you receive carries the tracking reference, and that reference is the accurate source for your parcel.

Is packaging discreet?

Yes. Parcels are packed so that the contents are not identifiable from the outside. There is no branding on the outer packaging that describes what is inside.

Can I have my order delivered to a workplace or parcel locker?

You can enter any address that can receive a parcel during business hours. Many customers use a work address or a parcel locker for exactly the reason above. Make sure the name on the order matches the name that can collect it, otherwise the carrier may refuse to hand it over.

What happens if nobody is home?

That is decided by the carrier and the service used. Depending on the option, a parcel may be left in a safe place or taken to a collection point with a card left at the address. Your tracking page will show which of those happened.

Tracking and missing parcels

How do I track my order?

Use the track your order page. You will need the reference from your dispatch confirmation. Tracking information can take a little time to appear after dispatch, because the carrier has to scan the parcel into its network before the first event shows.

My tracking has not moved for several days

Scanning gaps are common, particularly over weekends, public holidays and peak periods. A parcel can be moving through the network without generating an event. If the tracking has genuinely stalled, get in touch with your order number and the team can chase it from their end.

My parcel says delivered but I do not have it

Check any safe place used at your address, ask others at the property, and check with immediate neighbours, since misdeliveries to an adjacent number are the single most common cause. If it still has not turned up, contact the team with your order number so an enquiry can be raised with the carrier.

Payment and pricing

What currency are prices in?

All prices on this site are in Australian dollars. The figure you see on the product page is the figure that is charged, in AUD.

Why do prices differ between similar looking products?

Price tracks potency, volume and format. A tincture at 2000mg costs more than the same brand at 500mg. A device rated for 16000 puffs sits above one rated for 9000. Where two products look near identical, check the milligram figure and the puff count on each product page before comparing.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Some categories carry multi packs and cartons, which work out cheaper per unit than buying singles. Cigarette cartons are the clearest example. For anything not listed as a multi pack, ask through the contact form.

A cartridge screws onto a separate battery, unlike a self contained disposable

Product types explained

What is the difference between a cart, a disposable and a pen?

A cartridge, usually shortened to cart, is a prefilled tank that screws onto a separate battery you keep and recharge. A disposable is a sealed unit with the battery and the liquid already together, used until it is empty and then discarded. A pen sits between the two and is often rechargeable but not refillable. Browse all three in THC vapes and THC vape pens.

What are concentrates?

Concentrates are extracts with the plant material stripped away, which leaves a far more potent product than flower. Shatter, wax, live resin and rosin are all concentrates that differ in texture and in how they are made. The concentrates category lists what is in stock. These are strong products and are not the sensible starting point for anyone new.

What is the difference between a tincture and an oil?

In practice the words overlap. Both are liquids taken with a dropper, usually under the tongue. A tincture traditionally uses an alcohol base and an oil uses a carrier such as coconut oil. What matters more than the label is the milligram figure and the ratio printed on the bottle. See CBD and THC tinctures and THC oils.

What does a ratio like 22:1 mean?

It is the proportion of CBD to THC. A 22:1 product carries twenty two parts CBD for every one part THC, so it is CBD dominant with only a trace of THC. A 1:1 product carries equal parts of each and will feel noticeably different. Always read the ratio before the brand name.

What are edibles and how are they different?

Edibles are eaten rather than inhaled, which changes everything about the timing. They pass through the digestive system, so onset is slow and the effect lasts much longer. THC gummies, CBD gummies and other THC edibles all behave this way.

Strength, dosing and reading a label

How do I read the strength on a product?

Look for the milligram figure and whether it describes the whole package or a single unit. A pack listed at 1000mg containing ten gummies is one hundred milligrams per gummy. A bottle listed at 2000mg with the dropper delivering four milligrams per drop is a very different proposition from a single strong gummy. The per unit figure is the one that matters.

Why do edibles take so long to work?

Because they are digested rather than absorbed through the lungs. Inhaled products act within minutes. Edibles commonly take considerably longer, and the peak arrives later still. The most frequent mistake is taking a second dose before the first has arrived, which produces a much stronger experience than intended.

What should a first time buyer choose?

Start with the lowest strength in whichever format appeals, and start with a fraction of a unit rather than a whole one. Give it time before deciding it has not worked. Buying a single low strength item first is cheaper than buying a multi pack you then do not enjoy.

Can I mix products?

Combining formats stacks their effects and makes the total much harder to predict, particularly when an edible is involved because of the delayed onset. If you are new to a product, use it on its own first so you know how it affects you.

Indica, sativa and hybrid

What is the practical difference?

The traditional shorthand is that indica leans towards physical relaxation and evening use, sativa leans towards a brighter and more active feel suited to daytime, and hybrid sits between the two. Browse indica strains, sativa strains and hybrid strains, or the full weed strains range.

Is that split reliable?

It is a useful starting filter rather than a rule. Researchers increasingly argue that the effect of a given strain owes more to its cannabinoid and terpene profile than to whether it is labelled indica or sativa. Treat the label as a hint and pay attention to how a specific strain actually affects you.

What are pre rolls?

Pre rolls are ready made and need no preparation. They suit anyone who does not want to roll, and they make portion size consistent from one to the next. See pre rolls.

What is hash?

Hash is made by separating and pressing the resin from the plant. It is older than most modern concentrates and generally sits between flower and modern extracts for strength. See hash.

Disposable vapes and puff counts

What does a puff count actually mean?

It is a manufacturer estimate based on short, consistent draws under test conditions. Long or hard draws consume more liquid per puff, so real world totals commonly come in under the number on the box. Treat the figure as a way of ranking devices against each other rather than a guarantee.

Which device should I pick?

Higher rated devices such as the Kuz Nova 16000 and the IGET One 12000 last longer between replacements and cost more up front. Smaller devices are cheaper to try when you are unsure about a flavour. All of them sit in disposable vapes and the wider vapes range.

My disposable stopped working before the puff count

The most common cause is the battery running down before the liquid runs out, which is normal on non rechargeable units. If a device fails early and is clearly faulty rather than empty, contact the team with your order number and a description of the fault.

Can I refill a disposable?

Disposables are sealed and are not designed to be refilled. If refilling matters to you, choose from reusable vapes instead, which are built for it and work out cheaper over time.

Storage and shelf life

How should I store what I buy?

Cool, dark and dry, in a sealed container, away from direct sunlight. Heat and light degrade potency faster than anything else. Flower dries out in open air and loses aroma. Edibles keep best in their original packaging.

Should anything be refrigerated?

Generally no. Condensation from moving items in and out of a fridge causes more problems than it solves, particularly for flower. A cupboard away from a heat source is better.

How long do products last?

Check the packaging for any date printed by the manufacturer. As a general rule, flower is best used within months rather than years, tinctures keep longer when stored properly, and vape devices should be used within a reasonable period because liquid quality and battery charge both degrade over time.

How do I keep products away from children and pets?

Store everything out of reach and out of sight, ideally locked. This matters most for edibles, which look like ordinary confectionery and are the most common cause of accidental ingestion. If a child or animal consumes any product, treat it as urgent and seek medical or veterinary advice immediately.

The law in Australia

What are the rules on vaping and cannabis in Australia?

Australian law in this area is set by federal and state authorities, it applies differently depending on the product and the state or territory you are in, and it has changed significantly in recent years. We are a retailer and not a legal adviser, so rather than summarise the law and risk giving you an out of date answer, we point you to the authorities that publish it directly.

You are responsible for knowing the rules that apply where you live before you order.

Is there an age restriction?

Yes. These products are strictly for adults. Do not order if you are under the legal age in your state or territory.

Do you provide medical advice?

No. Nothing on this site is medical advice and nothing here is intended to diagnose or treat any condition. If you take prescription medication, have a heart condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have any concern at all, speak to a doctor or pharmacist before using any product sold here.

Returns, faults and refunds

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Contact the team through the contact page with your order number and clear photographs of the item and the packaging as received. Photographs taken before anything is discarded make a claim far easier to resolve, so take them first.

What if I received the wrong item?

Get in touch with your order number and a photograph of what actually arrived. Keep the item and its packaging as delivered until the matter is settled.

Can I return something I simply did not enjoy?

Consumable products that have been opened cannot be resold, so change of mind returns are treated differently from faults. This is also the strongest argument for buying a single unit first when trying an unfamiliar flavour or strain. Ask through the contact form and explain the situation.

What are my rights as an Australian consumer?

Australian Consumer Law gives you guarantees that apply regardless of any store policy, including goods being of acceptable quality and matching their description. The ACCC publishes what those guarantees cover.

Privacy and discretion

What appears on my bank statement?

The descriptor is set by the payment processor rather than by us. If this matters to you, ask through the contact form before ordering.

What do you do with my details?

Your address and contact details are used to process and deliver your order. See the contact page if you want to ask about your data or request that it be removed.

Will I be added to a mailing list?

You are not added to marketing email automatically by placing an order. If you subscribe, every message includes an unsubscribe link.
